Frequently asked questions
What do I need to have ready?
Your logo, photos if you have them and information about what you offer. If you have no copy, we write it with you.
Is the domain registered to my business?
Yes. We register it in your business’s name and hand over the access.
Does it include email on my domain?
No. It does not include email accounts or a mail server: form messages reach the email address you already use. If you want email on your domain, it is contracted separately with the provider of your choice.
Does the USD 500 plan work without add-ons?
Yes. It is a complete landing page ready to publish, with domain, hosting, form, WhatsApp and Google Analytics. Add-ons are for specific needs, such as a catalog, ads or a CRM connection.
What does “reference price” mean?
It is the price the quote calculates with the options you check. In a short conversation we confirm the exact scope: which sections it has, what content you provide and the dates. The amount only changes if the project needs something outside the quote, and any addition is identified and approved in writing before contracting.
What does “one-time implementation payment” mean?
It is what you pay once to design, build and publish your landing page, and it includes the first year of domain, hosting and security certificate. After that you only pay the annual domain and hosting renewal and, if you choose them, monthly maintenance and additional storage.
What if my landing page has many images or videos?
The plan includes 2 GB of storage, enough for a landing page with optimized photos. Videos and large galleries take more space: you can add 5 GB blocks in the quote, or publish the videos on YouTube or Vimeo and embed them on the page without using your storage.
What happens after the first year?
The domain and hosting are renewed. We let you know in advance and you decide whether to continue.
Can I request changes after launch?
Yes. With monthly maintenance, minor changes are included; without it, we quote them separately.
How long does it take?
It depends on how soon we have your copy and images. We give you a delivery date when we start.
